Role Overview
State Bank of India is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our branch in New Delhi. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling routine banking transactions and ensuring a smooth banking experience.
What You'll Do
- Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Issuing demand drafts, cashier checks, and processing utility bill payments.
- Answering customer inquiries and explaining basic banking products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of daily transactions.
- Identifying fraudulent transactions and reporting suspicious activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
